The Professions Rules and Controls Manuals:

The firm prepared several manuals such as the organization Manual , the job description manual , performance improvement and valuation system manual ,Auditing manual , Zakat section benefit from them such as the private sector , the public sector and the National economy . Some of these manuals include the following :

(1) Transference to public companies Manual:

To assist the Ministry of Commerce in preparing a manual for transferring to joint stock companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which includes procedures which assist in implementing the study process , registration , supervision and the adequate control to dominate these operations . This attitude has been encouraged by the state because it believed in the importance of widening the base of ownership for these enterprises which have a general impact on the national economy.

(2) Transference of private companies to joint stock companies:

To assist the Ministry of Commerce in organizing the transference of private business enterprises to joint stock companies and to take the transference decision an easy and objective manner in order to be approved in a clear written basis and give the participant the necessary information for taking his decision and to determine the role of the enterprise owners who demand the transference and direct them to the necessary step to be followed in order to resolve their procedures in an easy and effective manner.

(3) Tax System , their implementation and the channels of continuing their internal Development:

To assist the Ministry of finance and National Economy represented by Zakat and Income Department in developing the tax systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ; their implementation and the creation of the required channels for continuing their internal development for the objective of necessary the tax revenues to improve the efficiency of following up and collection means and to rectify the weakness aspects that might lead to jeopardizing the realization of the system objective including the loss by the Department for due funds.

- Financial and Accounting Systems:

To conduct a field study for the Saudi Arabia Monetary Fund (SAMA) to compare the financial and accounting systems in a selected manner of central bank and the suggestion of what is suitable toe SAMA . The study focused the light on the details of the financial and accounting system in each bank including the following:

• The method of organizing the accounting and financial system
• Financial and accounting Procedures
• The method data processing
• Used accounting Standards
• Endowment Works
  To assist the Advisory Economic Committee for Endowment which focuses it activities on organizing , preserving and investment in endowment in regard to :
• The choice of the adequate regular shape for developing endowment works in order to increase its ability to realize it mission and objectives in an effective manner that makes it possible to realize the staff interests.
• To develop the essentials of the administrative organization and the administrative information system in the light of the regular shape that shall be approved by the committee in order to keep its disposal a conception for the comprehensive organization aspects.
